Shipping Policy
Order Cancellation:
At our discretion, we will attempt to cancel any orders before we ship them out per your request. Order cancellations are not guaranteed as we process orders very fast, and once your order has entered the pre-shipment state in our warehouse, we can't cancel anymore. As long as you have not received a tracking number yet and it's past 4 pm EST or the weekend, we should have no problem canceling your order :)

Delivery Zones:
We have opened up delivery to worldwide customers.
Shipping Costs:
We have a standard shipping rate of $4.95 to help enable us to offer fast USA shipping on smaller orders and for orders over $44 we offer free shipping.
Tracking:
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.
Delivery times:
The delivery times for all our bottles are 8-12 business days.
Order cutoff time:
Orders placed after around 4pm EST will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders placed after around 4pm EST on Friday or during the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
Order handling time:
We handle all orders Mon-Fri usually within just a few hours or less of your order being placed. Meaning as long as it's before our shipping cutoff time, your order should be processed and shipped the same day shortly after you placed your order!
Shipping companies we use:
We use USPS for most of our orders. For larger orders containing 4+ items, or orders being shipped to more remote locations we sometimes also use UPS or FedEx.
