About Zenca
Who we are
Zenca is an online retailer based in Los Angeles, California. We sell everyday goods for the home, garden and pets — drinkware, cleaning and odour products, grooming tools, garden hand tools and similar household items — direct to customers across the United States and internationally.
What we do
We're a small team. We source products from manufacturers and suppliers, list them here, and handle the ordering, customer service and returns ourselves. We are not a manufacturer, a marketplace or a dropshipping front for another store: when you buy from shopzenca.com, you are buying from us, and we are the ones who answer the phone if something goes wrong.
Our catalogue changes over time. We add products we think are genuinely useful and we remove ones that don't hold up. Some of what we sell is traditional or decorative — hand-hammered copper drinkware, for example. We describe those items for what they are: well-made objects with a long history. We do not sell them as treatments and we do not make medical or health claims about any product in our catalogue.
How we handle your order
- Processing: orders placed before 4pm PT on a business day are usually processed the same day.
- Delivery: 9–15 business days for standard delivery, with tracking emailed to you once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
- Shipping cost: $4.95 flat rate, free on orders over $44.
- Returns: 30 days from delivery. Full terms are on our Refund Policy page.
