The Zenca Copper Bottle is formed from a single sheet of pure copper and finished by hand. The dimpled surface isn't a print or a stamped pattern — it's thousands of individual hammer marks, which is why no two bottles are identical.
The inside is bare copper. No lacquer, no epoxy lining, no plating over a cheaper metal. That matters for how it feels to drink from and for how it ages, and it's the main thing that separates a real copper vessel from a copper-coloured one.

About the Tradition
Storing drinking water in copper vessels overnight is a long-standing household practice in India, known as Tamra Jal. Copper cookware and serveware have a similarly long history across Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia.
We sell this bottle because it's a beautiful, durable object with a lot of history behind it — not as a treatment for anything. If you're drawn to the ritual, fill it at night and pour it in the morning. If you just want a bottle that isn't plastic, it does that too.
